| 1. Congress Registration | NOTE: Registration for all attendees will increase $50 after June 15, and again after July 15 - so register early! Payment must be received before these dates to lock in the prevailing rate. |
| 2. Congress Meals | NOTE: Meal plans are REQUIRED for all attendees. |
| 3. Congress Banquet | NOTE: there will be no other dinner offering on site Aug 11. |
