2021 U.S. e-Go Congress

Wednesday, July 21, 2021, starting at 8 pm ET (5 pm PT)

Join us for our first virtual Scotch Social, where you can sample and talk about your favorite Scotch, Go philosophy, and anything else that comes up with a Zoom-ful of Go players drinking whisky. Share your favorite Congress stories! Other whisky (Bourbon, Rye, etc.) is welcome too. Bring what you’d like to drink, and tell us all why you like it. If you prefer cocktails, share your favorite recipes!

For anyone new to Scotch, there’s a brief “how to drink” description.

If you’d like some whisky suggestions, here are some of my favorites:
* Lagavulin 16 years, Islay, single-malt, complex with lots of peat
* Glendronach 15 years, Highland, single malt, complex without the heavy peat
* Balvenie Doublewood 12 years, Speyside, single malt, mellow and mildly sweet
* Bib & Tucker 6 years, Tennessee, bourbon, notes of vanilla and caramel
